The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, operated in the Fox Cities through Goodwill NCW provides free, quality tax preparation from IRS-certified preparers to individuals and families earning up to $66,000 annually.
The VITA program helps taxpayers access all tax credits for which they are eligible – including the Child Tax Credit (CTC), Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Wisconsin Homestead Credit. The program assists taxpayers in accessing these valuable refundable credits as well as saves taxpayers tax preparation fees.
GetYourRefund.org partners with free tax sites, known as Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites, to help you prepare your taxes. Trained and IRS-certified volunteers at local community organizations will prepare your taxes.
