We want to congratulate three United Way Fox Cities (UWFC) Emerging Leaders who are being recognized as Future 15 recipients; Josh Kilgas, Workforce Engagement Officer at United Way Fox Cities, James Kilsdonk, Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager at Old National Bank, and Conner Stilp, realtor at Century 21 Ace Realty. Each year, PULSE Young Professionals Network honors 15 people who shine in their unique fields and positively impact the Fox Cities as a great place to live and work.

“It’s a true honor to be recognized,” says Josh. “I’m excited that United Way’s work and that of other organizations I’m involved with can be highlighted with this honor.” In addition to Josh’s work at UWFC, he serves as President of Rainbow Over Wisconsin (ROW) and advocates for diversity and equality for the LGBTQ community through community education, youth support, and events like N.E.W. PrideAlive. He is also involved in Imagine Fox Cities, helping to facilitate conversations throughout the community, gather diverse voices, and gather data that arise from these conversations.

James Kilsdonk lives out his passion for the community by serving as Board Treasurer for Best Friends Neenah-Menasha, a board member of Pulse Young Professionals Network, and a member of United Way’s Campaign Volunteer Committee. On being a Future 15 recipient James says, “Receiving this news was affirmation that my vision and desire for the Fox Cities is something others support too, and my excitement and motivation to continue to do more has never been more present.”

Conner Stilp is a self-described ‘people person’ and continues to make his mark in the Fox Cities. In addition to his involvement on United Way Fox Cities Emerging Leader committee, Conner serves as an ambassador to the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a board member of Prevent Suicide Fox Cities and ROW. He is driven to connect people to the Fox Cities through is work as a realtor.

Conner, Josh, and James will be recognized along with twelve others at the Future 15 Awards on June 19. You can support these up-and-coming leaders by registering for the event at
